The core philosophy of RailsTeam revolves around self-empowerment and contribution.

By self-empowerment, we mean that each RailsTeam member relates to himself in a powerful context, in which he/she realizes self-expression. In our day to day life at RailsTeam, we encourage open ended thinking, debates and self-learning. At least once in a week, we dedicate ourselves to reflecting in what we did and how we can improve ourselves better.

Contribution is about expanding own self for a cause greater than self. At RailsTeam everything we do is primarily our contribution to customers' business and society at large. Taking a step forward, RailsTeam members have floated Eco Friends, a community to save our environment. We actively participate in planting trees to provide better living conditions for local community. Another such initiative by a RailsTeam member is Enterprise Club, a not-for-profit society based in Bristol (UK). Enterprise club allows budding entrepreneurs around Bristol share a common platform to exchange ideas, helping them build their businesses.
